Getting Started
These are the requirements to list with us free of charge or advertise on the ARE platform.
Step 1. Please contact us to kickstart your onboarding process and have your listings uploaded on the ARE platform.
Step 2. Ensure to fulfil our listing requirements listed below.
Step 3. As soon as a submitted listing has been reviewed and approved, it will be published within 24hrs.
Listings & Account Profiles
Listing Rules and Recommendations
1. Good Quality Photos
Good-quality images for your listing are worth a thousand words. It’s, therefore, worth giving your listing that extra edge.
Recommended images sizes are 1080 by 720 pixels
2. Listing Video
A video can be as essential to raising the profile of your listings as images. Listing videos effectively offer a visual view of your listing to potential clients remotely, wherever they are. This is even more relevant in this social distancing era.
Recommended video lengths are 3 – 7 minutes.
3. Listing Description
In addition to good-quality images and a listing video, a well-structured and detailed listing description is vital to attract buyers to your property. It tells the story of the property. Remember, this same description may also be used on social media, brochures and flyers.
The recommended description length is 250 words or less.
4. Property Floor Plans
Floor plans help a prospective buyer visualise the layout of the rooms in a property. It is a visual representation of how the property flows.
